The flat tapered shank has a raised pointed shield-shape, the inner surface of the head is slightly recessed with an oval rub-over centre collet set with a 4x3mm ruby flanked by 2 x 0.08pt round brilliant diamonds. 6 x spherical beads are positioned around the oval ruby.
